Seaside Naturals online store orders ship via UPS Ground only.
- All shipping quotes are generated through UPS Online using the weights of each product bought and your zip code.
- It can be expensive to ship fragile liquid containers – we understand this - and we find UPS to be both competitive and the most careful service.
- To offset these costs we offer promotions through our email newsletters and we advertise these through our homepage as well.
Now, some FAQ’s…
Q: ARE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
A: We keep plenty of our products on hand to accommodate our variety of customers. In rare cases we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping. If some unforeseen occurrence delays your order, you will receive an email from Seaside Naturals letting you know when to expect your product, and we will work to fill your order as quickly as possible.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US?
A: Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the
United States. Please contact us directly for more information if you are considering placing a large order for distribution or resale purposes outside of the
US.
Q: DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
A: No – due to the nature of these heavy products, the costs associated with shipping liquids are very high.
Q: CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
A: No – we need an actual physical street address to ship your order.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
A: It will normally take approximately 2-5 business days to process your shipment.
Q: CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A: Placing orders through our online store will automatically process your payment. Please see below for information on returns and refunds.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
A: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
A: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Go to www.ups.com to track your order from there. Please allow time for their system to update if your tracking number cannot be found. If your product has been sent without tracking confirmation, please wait until the estimated date of arrival to contact us. If the product has not arrived at your door within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to investigate the delay for you.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 15 business days, depending on the size of your order and the area shipped to - usually much sooner than that. After processing, packing and notifying UPS of your order, it usually takes them 3-7 business days to deliver within the lower 48 States. Of course, delays that are out of our control do occur.
Q: I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS AT MY LOCAL STORE, WILL YOU CONTACT THEM FOR ME?
A: If you send us their information we would be happy to contact them on your behalf. However, in our experience customers requesting our products to the store directly are much more effective then one of our representatives soliciting their business.
Q: I AM HAVING TROUBLE CHECKING OUT OF THE WEBSTORE, WHAT CAN I DO?
A: Try deleting your cookies. If you have problems after doing the following steps, please contact us for further assistance. To delete your cookies:
1. Go to the “Tools” box on your toolbar
2. Select “Internet Options”
3. Select “Delete Cookies”
Q: I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE OUT MY CREDIT CARD INFO, CAN I STILL ORDER?
A: Yes! Simply fill your basket and proceed to checkout. Enter any discount codes you have and then continue to payment page. Print the payment page with your total (less discounts and including shipping). Write a check to Seaside Naturals for the total amount and mail both the printed page and check to:
