REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If for some reason an item arrived to you damaged, please take the following steps to get a refund or replacement item.

 

Provide us with the tracking number of the damaged package, or the tracking numbers associated with your order if an item is not delivered.

Let us know in detail what item was damaged and how it was damaged. Pictures always help us and UPS proactively seek solutions to shipping damages.

You will be offered a replacement item or a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item.

 

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase before returning the item.

We will be more than happy to refund you the purchase price of any items you are unhappy with, less the shipping cost. We cannot refund shipping charges, nor can we refund the return shipping charges.
